Vignoble Angst Petit Chablis 2024

Antoine and Celine Angst have all the tools to make great wine, one a winemaker and the other an oenologist. The nose is intense with sappy lemon aromas, honeysuckle, bee pollen, green apples and white grapefruit. The soil is evident in the glass with aromas and flavors of oyster shell, wet rock and flint. Medium weight with great acidity, the wine is very persistent on the palate from start to finish.
