When the importer Oliver McCrum talks about this wine he echoes our overall ethos, “it’s pretty easy to find good wine at $50 a bottle, but very difficult at less than $20.” (OF course this is a magnum) Honeydew melons, marigolds, loquat and citrus. More complex aromas of almond, herbs and apple skin hint at the 5 months on the lees, the finish is bone dry with long lasting acidity.
