For the C.P. Palo Cortado they select their most delicate casks from the second stage of their Fino Inocente and Amontillado Two Diego soleras and fortify them. These two soleras are from the Pago Macharnudo Alto vineyard with an average age of 20-25 years. A lightly orange hue with caramel, dried figs and vanilla. There is a light funkiness, olive brine, dried lemon and blanched almonds.
