“CUVÉE PRESTIGE”
There is no mistaking this wine for anything but Sancerre, sleek fruit, prickly fruit that is from a climate that lacks the sunshine to fully ripen in some years. The clay and limestone impart lovely aromas of crushed gravel, pulp of pears, golden grapefruit and Asian pears. Lemon grass and intense citrus with more earthy aromas of rain-soaked pebbles. This is a style closer to pre-2020 Sancerre.
