Rare Wine Co. Boston Bual Madeira

Rare Wine Co. work with Barbeito, a superb madeira producer with a huge stock of old wine, to produce a series of wines that emphasise the historic affection for the wine in the US (Washington drank a pint a day). The Bual style is sweet, balanced by high acidity, with a complex, compelling nose of dried figs, walnuts, maple syrup, mahogany, and a rich, sumptuous mouthfeel. The longer the bottle is open, the better it gets!
