Priorat Natur Vermut
A most unusual and tasty Vermouth, from Catalunya. The base wine is made from Macabeo, Pedro Ximénez, and Garnacha Blanca, fermented on the skins for aroma and color and then aged for two years. Intense, complex aromas of fennel, cumin, cinnamon, vanilla, orange peel, and forest floor, with integrated bitterness on the palate and a long, concentrated finish. Serious, and seriously delicious.
