Family holdings go back to the end of the 19th century in Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger with the current generation running the show since 1977. Uniquely they choose to only make vintage Champagne even for the bottles label NV. This is 2022 vintage with a dosage of 3g/L with big acid and big balance. Lemon/lime pastries and a good dose of Blanc de Blancs tropical qualities. A very clean style that forgoes the extra yeasty and toasty style.
