Pertois Moriset “L’Assemblage” Coteaux Sezannais Champagne NV

Pertois-Moriset is located in the Mesnil-Sur-Oger, but these grapes are sourced from the Coteaux Sézannais, it’s a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir with a 3g/L dosage. The aromas are at optimal ripeness, but the palate exposes the acidity immediately. Orange spice, pears, crushed apples, apricot and citrus marmalade, the crispness is balanced by creamy bubbles. Enough aromas for casual drinkers and enough depth and dryness for low dosage enthusiasts.
