The family vineyard holdings are split between Vertus and Ambonnay with the Grand Cru coming from organic/biodynamic vines in Ambonnay and pressed at Larmandier-Bernier. This wine steps up the intensity with green fruits, apples, pears, green peaches and a woodsy, pencil shaving note from 50% of the base seeing fûts and foudres. A small 2703 bottle production with 3g/L.
