The majority of the grapes come from the Amiot family located in Chassagne-Montrachet with a little Rullly and Mercury villages included to the 80% Chardonnay and 20% Aligoté. Clear Bourgogne blanc aromas of baked apples/pears, creme brûlée and graham cracker biscuit notes. The palate shows lemon zest along with a rich and creamy mousse featuring sleek a suave acidity.
