This 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay Grand Cru is filled with yeasty brioche and lightly toasted barrels notes.  A focused wine with dried apricot, roasted apples, pears, fruit leather and cut grass. The acidity is intense, standing strong to keep the 7g/L at bay, combining for a tart yet rich palate.
