Sourced from vineyards just south of Reims, Nicolas farms and owns the vines for all his offerings, seeing the grapes from beginning to end with his own hands. The Platine is sourced from two 1er cru vineyards, a blend of 54% Pinot Noir, 26% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, there is a touch of oxidation, adding hazelnut flavors and dried fruits. This quality pairs well with the tropical aromas, apricot, nectarine and creamy orange zest. Just 1g/L dosage for this extra-brut.
