“HÖHLGRABEN”
The Chardonnay coming out of Austria need to have a brighter light cast upon them as they bring to the table a style that is appealing to the none-buttery drinker. This smells and tastes like a Chardonnay that was made by a Gruner Veltliner house, it has white pepper and river rock aromas, lime zest and a smokiness. Aged in one-of-a-kind granite tanks, the gravelly soils is really highlighted here.
