A blend from multiple vineyard sites from Awatere Valley (the coolest, driest, and most distinctive of Marlborough’s three sub-regions) and Wairau Valley (more sea influence with pure fruit intensity in the wines), resulting in everything you’d expect from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc: pungent and full with aromas of grass, green bell pepper, gooseberry, elderflower, and tomato leaf, with refreshingly high acidity on the dry palate.
