Lustau Vermut Blanco

Great sherry producer trying its hand at vermouth and WOW! This is magnificent stuff: smell and taste lemon and mandarin rind, marjoram, mint, tarragon, thyme, sage. Great balance between sweet and bitter. Perfect over ice with a spritz and a twist, or take it up a notch and top up your glass with cava or prosecco.
