Sourced from the Gimelli Vineyard in San Benito, they have been growing organically since 2022 with multiple grape varieties. This Chenin is much more of a Savennières style with a woolly quality and crushed stone minerality. Leo is a Chenin Blanc master, coaxing out intensity in this wine, highlighting the pomelo, citrus zest, pear skin, melon and a steel y quality on the palate.
