Zero dosage, 50% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay. The base vintage is 2021, but as a result of the poor vintage conditions it includes 80% reserve wines. It is aged for 10 months in foudres and 16 months in the bottle on its lees resulting in fresher wine for this bottling. There is a surprising note of red berries, Fuji apples, apricot, baked pears, and fresh fruits. A great balance of baker’s yeast, sweet tarragon, and flaky bitter-sweet pastries.
