Lelarge Pugeot Tradition Champagne 375 ml

The base for the Tradition is biodynamically grown 50% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay with a dosage of 0g/L. The base vintage is mostly 2022, aged for 10 months in foudres and 3 years of lees aging in the bottle. There is a surprising note of red berries, Fuji apples, apricot, baked pears, and fresh fruits. Great fruit presence with a firm backbone of autolysis. A great balance of baker’s yeast, sweet tarragon, and flaky bitter-sweet pastries.
