100% Chardonnay from the chalky soils of Le Mesnil in the Côte des Blancs. The best lots from the village co-operative for this cuvée are chosen by Rare Wine Co. Importers (Importers of Bérèche). Crisp and bright, this starts off yeasty and toasty, then moves to flavors of green apple, ripe citrus, cashew and freshly-baked bread. Classic Blanc de Blancs flavors with soft acidity. Fine mousse and a long, luxurious finish. 4g/L dosage.
