It’s a super serious top-notch vintage cremant from Savoie made from the native grapes Molette (75%) and Altesse (25%). The village appellation is Seyssel with similar Champenois soils of clay and limestone the wine is aged on lees for 3 years and 3g/L. Lovely aromas of crushed gravel, pulp of pears, golden grapefruit and Asian pears. Lemon grass and intense citrus with more earthy aromas of rain-soaked pebbles. A lot of wine for the price.
