La Grande Roche Cabernet Sauvignon Napa 2023

This is the second wine from Napa legend Ric Forman, aptly named after the pink and gray boulders at the base of the vineyard on Howell Mountain. It seems this wine gets a little fruitier every year, while still maintaining its classic Bordeaux feel. Blackberries, black currants, herbs, plums and tobacco are the star of the show. With the same attention to detail as his estate Cabernet Sauvignon ($120), this is a steal at this price.
