Made in a bit of a reductive manner with miso-like aromas and flinty minerality. Very much a terroir driven wine with wet rock, dried apricots, and hints of olive oil giving off aromas that are typically reserved for much more pricy Grüner. Stone fruits, grapefruit, and salty acidity emphasize the cool-climate fruit grown on the steep mountainsides. Lean and mean with a creamy streak providing weight and texture.
