Composed of 55% Folle Blanche and 25% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, the blend changes with each release depending on which grapes Jo Landron selects. If AOC rules allowed it, this would be called “Sparkling Muscadet.” It's a zesty, refreshing and razor-sharp bubbly from a biodynamic producer just outside Nantes. Hand-harvested, wild yeast, méthode traditionelle, aged 24 months on lees. Zero dosage. A lot going on here: get ripe, fresh lime zest, white flowers, almond, hazelnut, brioche and wet stone.
