A brief maceration gives this wine a red tint, hinting at the aromas of red roses, orange zest, red berries, and stone fruits.  The palate mirrors the nose, with an addition of rainbow pepper, light herbs and a silky, rich, and savory red currant flavor.  A truly beautiful champagne with a focus on finesse rather than power.
