Jean Marie Berthier Pouilly-Fume 2022

It is true that Pouilly-Fumé does not roll off the tongue like Sancerre, and it has not been discovered by Taylor Swift, but it has been blessed by the great Didier Dagueneau who chose these vineyards to make some of the world’s best Sauvignon Blanc. The Berthier is quite expressive with pears, orange citrus zest, pluots and tropical fruits with an underlying flinty minerality. The acidity is fresh, long, lush, rich and perfect to age or pair with foods.
