Pecorino is a grape that loves the  elevated growing conditions of the Marche and Abruzzo coasts, resulting in wines showing coastal saltiness and striking minerality, contrasting the creaminess on the palate. The Jasci winery takes pride in their organic farming, the wine is lively and juicy with honeydew melons, pears, jasmine, orange pulp and great acidity from a cool and rainy growing season.
