Philippe Gomonnet and Anne Gonet have famous last names in champagne, which has contributed to them growing their holdings since beginning in 1986. This wine should appeal to every single Champagne drinker for its balance and richness.  The 6g/L creates a creamy mousse while the acidity is fresh and apricot pastry aromas are created by up to 36 months of lees aging. Herbs, pears, vanilla and surprising red fruited notes although it is firmly a 100% Chardonnay.
