40% Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir. The vines, on average, are 45 years old, giving extra structure and concentration to this classic, go-to champagne. It spends 54 months on the lees for a creamy texture and nutty, biscuity aromas. That maturity is balanced by the fruity freshness of Meunier, with lots of red apple and strawberry aromas.
