Located halfway between Reims and Epernay in the village of Marfaux, the wine is 100% Pinot Meunier and it is not a shy wine. Rich and creamy with ripe fruits and crisp acidity. Fuzzy peaches and apricots with a savory woodiness of pencil shavings and maple. Lemon, apples and notes of vanilla are enticing and inviting with affable acidity and a truly creamy mousse, while the acidity outlasts the fruit. 8g/L
