Erpacrife Sparkling Nebbiolo Piemonte 2020

A project from four friend that met oenology school in Alba, this sparkling wine lives up to Nebbiolo’s reputation for high quality wines. A light orange/pink color with aromas of candied orange peels, apricot, peach, bright red fruits and wet stones. A zero dosage is crisp and intense with the expressive aromatics matching the intensity of the acid. Méthode Champenoise for 24 months with and additional 36 months post disgorgement before release.
