A few notable facts got us excited about this wine: sourced from the highest vineyard in Europe, pre-phylloxera rootstock, made from the Prié Blanc grape. This grape is perfeclty suited for the environment resulting in aromas of citrus rind, Asian pears, apples, white flowers and a touch of nuttiness. Classic Alpine qualities of herbs, rocky minerality and firm acidity breeze over the palate. Pair with goat cheese or heavily herbed dishes.
