40% skin-contact maceration. Single vineyard Malvasia picked at an early 18.5-20 brix sets the tone for this aromatic grape. Aging on its lees for eight months gives the wine a velvety texture and some raw bees wax aromas.  Faint notes of guava, pineapple, lemon meringue, and a kind of earthy sandy aroma. The palate shows more bruised apple, Asian pear, rainier cherry, and fresh ginger on the crisp and brisk finish.
