Emile Paris Champagne Brut NV

Highly sought after but rarely seen in the USA these days, a true Champagne for $45 or less. We present you Emile Paris, a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier with a dosage of 6.5g/L and 18 months lees aging. Crisp and creamy with yellow fruits, loquats, quince, dried apricots and oatmeal raisin cookie dough. A wonderful mousse is rich with constant acidity weaving through the palate from beginning to end.
