It spends one year on the lees in a combination of stainless-steel eggs (28%), concrete eggs (8%), used oak (26%), and new oak (38%). The wine develops a rich, creamy, toasty, spicy texture that’s wonderfully balanced by mouthwatering acidity and fresh grassy, floral, herbal, and tropical aromas. A tense, nervy wine that develops more and more complexity as it opens up.
