Edmond Vatan Sancerre Clos La Neore 2020 MAGNUM

This is one of the most sought after bottles of Sancerre and it is rarely found available in the States, with BRW only getting a measly 3 bottles of the 4000 bottle total production.  Vatan is considered a winemaker of mythic proportions with roughly 60 vintages under his belt.  The organic 1 hectare vineyard is cared for by one associate and his daughter Anne has taken the baton to maintain consistency.  Low yields, perfect exposure, perfect pruning and minimal treatment are the secret to the quality.
