Domaine Zafeirakis Assyrtiko Tyrnavos 2024

Assyrtiko has been enjoying its time in the spotlight, producing wines of Sancerre-like crispness and minerality. Domaine Zafeirakis, while increasing in price each vintage still remains a good value. The wine is done in all stainless steel, showcasing Meyer lemon, white flowers, a touch of pine sap and weightier citrus. A truly crisp and wild white with lively acidity and a little less smoke than Assyrtiko from Santorini.
