Philippe Bouzereau Jr. took over the Domaine at the old Chateau Clos de Citeaux site in 2006 and has proved that being a farmer first and foremost leads to great winemaking. The Les Grands Charrons is just north of the “Goutte D’Or” premier cru vineyard.  Lemon pith, zesty and pulpy with herbs, crisp apples and a small amount of toastiness. Textbook power, depth and a classic note of reduction.
