Domaine Brazilier Brut Trad Loire Valley NV

A really cool blend of 50% Chenin Blanc and 50% Pineau d’Aunis, two of our favorite grapes from the Loire Valley. A crazy good price for tradionelle method sparkling, helped along by the fact that he is the 7th generation to make wine. Rich and creamy on the palate with strawberry leaf, apple peel, kir, and a fruity/floral sake characteristic. Fresh and complex, the wine simply overdelivers.
