Crafted from 100% Grolleau Gris the “Gro-Low” is achieved by rigorous canopy management, green harvests, rapid pressing and regular micro oxygenation. Great care has resulted in a low-alcohol wine with the body and acidity of traditional wines. The soil is apparent, limestone minerality, citrus and yellow apples have appropriate intensity and the acid is intense and persistent.
