Diebolt- Vallois is a small but mighty producer with only 11 hectares in the chalky soils of Cramant, luckily a good portion of the vineyards are Grand Cru. The prestige is 100% Chardonnay, aged for three years on the lees and a dosage of 4g/L the chalky characteristics stay tru on the palate. Cramant’s usual creaminess is on display with citrus, apricot, brioche and lemon zest.
