Diebolt Vallois Blanc de Blancs Champagne NV

A consistent BTG offering at The French Laundry, the Diebolt-Vallois domaine is located in one of the more elegant villages of Champagne, Cramant. The Blanc de Blancs is a combination of villages, blending together citrus and finesse with streak of acidity. Some of the more tropical sides of the grape are at the forefront, showing papaya, loquat, baked apples and soft citrus. A low dosage of only 3 g/L keeps this light and crisp.
