80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Forty percent of the cuvée is composed of reserve wines. Made from all Grand Cru fruit in Ambonnay, Montagne de Reims. Extra bottle ageing add yeasty smells and flavors to the rich and vibrant fruit. Smell and taste peach preserves, white peach, toasted brioche with apple butter. Creamy and luscious with a great balance of fresh fruit and complex leesy richness.
