Clif Family Un-oaked Chardonnay Napa Valley 2024

Proudly sourced from the newly acquired Valle di Soto vineyard in the Oak Knoll district, making this wine estate grown. The organic fruit is spared the long resting period in oak, instead opting for six months in stainless steel barrels, giving it a little more weight than large steel vats, but not as much as oak barrels. Lightly creamy with tropical qualities, kiwi and green apple, the wine does not show the searing acidity of many unoaked Chardonnay.
