Christophe Pichon Viognier IGP Collines Rhodaniennes 2024

This Viognier checks all of the boxes with balanced texture, aromatics, acidity and weight. Sourced from a 2.5-hectare vineyard in the Northern Rhône region, the granite soils provide a freshness to the fruit, contrasting the brioche, yellow apples, apricots and malolactic fermentation. Nine months in a combination of 70% oak and 30% stainless steel barrels gives the wine a medium bodied with a rich texture and a crisp finish.
