Christophe Mignon Brut Nature Champagne NV

Christophe Mignon comes from a long line of farmers in the hamlet of Le-Mesnil-le-Huttier, prime Meunier territory in the Vallée de la Marne. A 50/50 blend of 2 recent vintages, aged 24 months in bottle and finished without dosage. It shows a beautiful, expressive nose of red fruits, brioche, lees, and faint floral aromas. Rich on the palate with balanced acidity, taut minerality and a super dry finish that is refreshing but not extremely powerful.
