Chavy Chouet “Les Meurées” Maranges Blanc 2022

The Chavy family is well established in and around the Burgundian villages of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, with current vigneron Romaric starting winemaking school at 12 years-old before taking over at 22 years of age. 2022 is the first vintage working with Maranges fruit, which reads as a combination of the aforementioned villages. Expressive with green apples, pineapple, ripe fruit and creme brûlée. Additional tastes of pluot, lemon/lime zest and crisp acidity show the chalky soils.
