“CLOS DE COULAINE”
The Clos de Coulaine Vineyard is owned by the Roussier Family, but the Pierre-Bise Family cultivating the vineyard since 1992. The vineyards composition of sand over green and purple schist provides a softer, fresher ripeness to the grapes, giving the wine a special richness of white flowers, white peaches and green melon. The finish is enlivened by tart green apples, lime pith, quince and stony acidity.
