Always a perfect example of white Bordeaux and a good value to top it off, this half bottle from Graville -Lacoste is a perfect dry and minerally refresher. Interestingly, the wine is Semillon based at 75%, with the addition of 20% Sauvignon Blanc 5% and Muscadelle. Citrus, white flowers, honey and wet river rocks make for a perfect day-time sipper or a great accompaniment to seafood or light salads.
