Champagne Monmarthe “Privilege” 1er Cru Brut Tradition

“PRIVILÈGE”

The Brut Privilège is blend of three different vintages with 36 months on the lees with an inclusion of 30% reserve wine, and an additional year in the cellar before hitting the market. The grapes were 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay with an exuberant nose of confectioned pastries. Tropical notes apricot, peach and citrus zest. The palate shows dryer flavors of quince paste and toast with a rich and easy embrace of the palate. Dosage is 8g/L.
