Catherine has spear-headed the Vouvray project for the Breton label for more than two decades, leading to grapes which are biodynamically grown as a base for the sparkling wine. The Chenin Blanc’s inherent richness and honeyed goodness are highlighted by the brisk acidity and low dosage. Green apple, pears, pluots, honey graham and stony minerality. Just under two years of cellar aging brings depth.
